Shipping & Returns

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to send an item back—no explanation required.

2. Item Condition

Returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

3. Who Pays Shipping?

The buyer pays for return postage. Choose a trackable courier; the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

4. Refund Speed

Once we receive and inspect the item, we authorise the refund within 2 business days. Your payment platform then needs time to post the funds:

  • Credit / Debit Card: appears in 3–7 business days (occasionally up to 15).

  • PayPal: shows up within 14 days; PayPal may legally take up to 30 days in some regions.

  • Bank Transfer: lands in 5–10 business days.

5. Start Your Return — 3 Steps

  2. Receive our reply (within 1 business day) with the return address and packing instructions.

  3. Ship the parcel and send us the tracking link so we can monitor arrival.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Requests made after the 14‑day period.

  • Items showing wear, washing, stains, damage, or missing parts.

  • Custom products or goods marked Final Sale / Non‑Returnable.
